Despite the fact that there are several apartments, the place is never overcrowded

It's a very central yet quiet area. Despite the fact that there are several apartments, the place is never overcrowded. The bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. The living room and kitchen are also large. It has a laundry room in the basement and a pool in the backyard.
